Your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

To process and deliver your order, to respond to enquiries, and to meet our legal accounting obligations.

Order records are kept for six years as required by UK tax law. Enquiry emails are deleted once resolved.

We share your delivery details with the courier that carries your parcel and with our payment provider. We never sell your data.

We use essential cookies and local storage only, to remember the contents of your basket between visits.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
