Your cancellation rights
Under UK consumer law you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and return unopened items for a refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Food safety exceptions
For hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of treats or chews once the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund timings
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
